Finally the international break is over. We can thankfully look forward to the weekends. Of course when I say we, I mean Chelsea fans. Here’s why:
1) Jose Mourinho – Here’s a man who drives opposition managers and rival fans crazy especially our London neighbours. Just recently manager felt the only way to beat Mourinho was to commit murder. Genius moves I must say, I mean how you beat someone you haven’t bested in 12 attempts. Hmmm
2) Diegoal Coaster – Yes the name’s fitting cos he scores goals and he’s as strong as a bus. Ask Mauricio the Sporting Lisbon defender who decided to stand in his path. The term “he got hit by a bus” appropriately describes the situation Costa left him (battered and bloodied). Hey Toyota here’s a no brainer for bus commercials. Last season we had hit and miss strikers, which prompted Mourinho to say “by summer you’ll know why I didn’t buy a striker”. Nobody seems to be asking why anymore, because we all know why.
Fabregas – nicknamed Fabrepass by the Chelsea faithful. Two assists standout this season. The one against Burnley that carved the defence open like a hot knife would through butter and I’ll urge u to take a wild guess at which the 2nd was! Your guess is as good as mine, it was the 50yard pass to Costa. It was beautiful, sublime and breath taking. How do you hit a pass the perfect? And to think it was this same player Barca said was in decline and Arsene Wenger passed over cos he had “other attacking options”. Nice. Like the French say

Cech out Courtois- it’s not everyday a team gets to say we own two world class goalkeepers. Despite early murmuring we can’t fault the decision to field Courtois. Now the defence has plugged its leak it’s obvious all goals conceded so far have not been his fault. We all dread losing Cech but we’re prepared for the eventuality.

Too Shallow.
Chelsea have been having a rollercoasta ride so far. Pretty sure Man Utd can’t beat us, the only question on my mind is, would Jose be pragmatic again or go out to dominate. Surrendering to 10 men City to take the initiative @ a goal up and a man short still reeks, Lamps almost made it 2.
Hope if such opportunity comes along again, Jose wouldn’t settle for a point yet again.

I called for this kind of system 2 months after Chelsea started the 2012-2013 season. So it took Chelsea 2 years to realise what they needed for the attack to perform..Fabregas comes in and !BOOM! With a destroyer in the shape of Matic,why would Cesc even be worried about protection when he has a bulldozer buddy clearing his vision for him to orchestrate?
I’m satisfied now but the squad still needs tinkering. I don’t trust Salah and I’m 50-50 on Shurrle. We need a left footed attacker who can operate in the 10 role,a short 5’5 5’6 attacker-striker to taunt the likes of Arsenal and Liverpool with. Remy hasn’t impressed me yet and I have a gut feeling he might just be a Demba Ba case..sorry. What we need is a utility striker like your modern flair attackers..the likes of Suarez and Aguero and Messi come to mind. I don’t want this player to replace Costa,just a quality rotating partnership like Aguero and Dzeko. Perfect for the Barclays Premier League.
No one can tell me they feel completely assured with just Costa who can score goals consistently. We don’t want that “almost season” Liverpool have been branded with,only because Suarez clearly carried them so consistently. Mourinho is aware of this and we’re surely signing a world-beater striker to compete with Costa.
I must admit,when I read about Messi to Chelsea,excitement can’t explain that dreamy feeling. Its all crap I know,would be nice though. United boast with Rooney,Falcao and van Persie. City boast with Aguero and Dzeko. We? Only Costa. Mourinho is like a kid. He must also have some of the nicest toys around,if not the best.
Let’s enjoy our form now but best of all,let’s enjoy it getting better and better.

@ zane,u mad a point & i believ it is wel noted by jose.suares & messi are out of reach 4 us,but i want cfc 2 dish out salah & mikel,may be rami 2,but am sceptical about him & get moses back,den sign marco rues.one player i realy wanted is alexis sanches,but he ended up at emirates.pls if pedro is unhapy at barca,we should close in & sign him.ktbffh.
