Match day 9 is here again as “Former” League rival Manchester United will host Chelsea in a mouth watering encounter on Sunday, 26th of October at Old-Trafford. The Londoners will be seeking to increase their points on the log and at the same time increase their unbeaten run to thirteen and seven straight wins when they face United.
Manchester United however are slowly getting back in the grip as the home side sit currently sixth in the table one point adrift of fourth spot host the league leaders who are yet to lose the game in the Premiership. Chelsea has been formidable since the beginning of the EPL campaign and the landing of the Spanish duo.

√ Chelsea will be without suspended Cesar Azpilicueta who will be replaced by Filipe Luis.
√ Loic Remy who pulled up a hamstring in the Champions league clash will not appear.
√ With Diego Costa currently not too fit to play Didier Drogba could make a league start after his return.

A very disappointed match that we took only 1 points at Old Trafford. I have said thousand times that our team needs at least 4-5 world class strikers. When we don’t have Costa and Remy, we used to rely on Drogba. I respect Drogba but if we have more goal killers on hand, we can win almost all the games. It’s definitely a joke in pre-season that some people here strongly repeat the argument that 3 strikers are enough for us or we can rely on Torres. We are The Blue, We are talking about winning both EPL and Europe Champion. We are not the teams struggling in the 7th or 10th places. Our team is perfect basically but we still need one more top class striker.
The draw wasn’t about not having a striker.
Drogba had 2 chances and he scored one of them.
We were made to pay because Jose went pragmatic yet again. He handed Man Utd the initiative to come @ us as early as the 70mins by bringing in defensive Mikel for Oscar, then went further by removing the fast duo of Hazard and Willian – they v bin a thorn in Man Utd’s flesh all game.
Replacing them with Andre(defensively not so good) and another defender in Zouma to kill our attacking threat altogether.
He did they same against a 10 men City and paid for his cowardice. He knows deep down that he goofed.
Good Result none the less- We are done with Manchester for the season. Hopefully Stamford Bridge would be an unkind customer to both of them.
