Chelsea and Napoli are in discussions over Victor Osimhen and Romelu Lukaku as reported by David Ornstein.
The clubs are discussing whether they could do an obligation or permanent deal, the deal would only be possible if the package is right for Chelsea.
Chelsea will not be bullied into accepting a deal that isn’t on their terms.
Osimhen himself is open to joining Chelsea. He prefers the Premier league over any other league but that isn’t to say that he couldn’t move to PSG if wages were higher and they came back in with an improved bid.
