Chelsea’s sister club Strasbourg have reached an agreement to sign Valentin Barco.

Barco joined Brighton in January 2024 and was touted as a wonderkid at the time from Boca Juniors but struggled due to his lack of physicality and height.

Barco has spent recent times at Sevilla and will now join Strasbourg for a fee of around 10m euros.

We always have to keep an eye on Strasbourg signings as Chelsea own a majority stake in the club so Barco could be a potential future Chelsea signing, should he do well.
