Player ratings: Enzo Fernandez seals the deal up north to take Chelsea 2nd in the league

A professional composed performance hasn’t got us into 2nd in the table for now! A comfortable afternoon all around for Chelsea as they pick up another successive win.

A big week ahead lies ahead with Barcelona and Arsenal waiting in the wings!

Sanchez – 7

Solid performance yet again and very rarely had anything to do the whole game.

James – 7.5

Mr reliable once again. Completely nullified and locked down that right hand side! Its been a year since reece was injury free and which is a wonderful achievement and booster.

Tosin – 6.5

Looked cool and composed at the back and shifted the ball quickly. Aerially looked comfortable too.

Chalobah – 6.5

Drifted into midfield at times which helped and defended relatively well.

Cucurella – 7.5

Solid and reliable as ever from our starting LB! Was literally everywhere going from midfield to attack.

Santos – 8 (MOTM)

Did a good job in place of caicedo! Blocked a lot of shots and looked composed on the ball. Replaced the Ecuadorian maestro and it seemed like we didnt miss him one bit!

Enzo -6

Compared to his wolves performance, this wasn’t the enzo we know! However he did look sharp on the ball and released the ball quickly in transition. An important 2nd goal to cap the game off rounded up a vital win

Neto – 7.5

A fantastic run and guided header to put us 1 up! All the threat came down his side and ultimately deserved a goal.

Gittens: – 7

A fantastic cross and ball into the box for the assist

Joao Pedro – 4

Unfortunately not his best day in front of goal. Offered nothing offensively and looked clueless with the ball at his feet.

Delap- 3.5

Some decent hold up play at times but ultimately bad decision making and was the difference to us killing off the game earlier

Subs:

Badiashile- 6.5

Dealt with most aerial threat and kept things ticking down the middle.

Guiu- N/A

Gusto- N/A

Maresca: 8

An expected rotated starting 11 after the international break. Shame Estevao didn’t start or Fofana given recent performances.

Overall, rotation was a great idea and bold of him to pick Santos in Caicedos position, who definitely impressed
