Armando Broja is set to undergo a medical to join Ipswich Town on an initial loan.
Chelsea have negotiated a deal so that Ipswich must pay a fee of over £30m should they stay up.
This would be very good money for Chelsea and for a striker who’s stocks have fallen dramatically since suffering an unfortunate knee injury.
Broja needs a fresh start and for Chelsea it is another player out the door as Paul Winstanley and Laurence Stewart try to trim down the squad ahead of the August 31 deadline.
All the best to Armando at Ipswich.
