Chelsea have been charged by the FA after failing to insure its players behaved in a proper manner against Ipswich Town.

Chelsea’s players surrounded referee John Brooks after awarding a penalty against them, when Filip Jorgensen fouled Liam Delap.

Chelsea have until January 7th to provide a response.
