Chelsea are interested in Tijani Reinjders and Rafael Leao ahead of the summer window, according to Matteo Moretto.

Moretto reports specifically on Reijnders that Chelsea have asked about his situation several times over the last few weeks.

While it is expected that he extends his contract, top stars could be made available this summer should AC Milan not qualify for the Champions League.

Chelsea also have a long standing interest in Rafael Leao and have a great relationship with Jorge Mendes.

The Blues are in the market for a left winger this summer following failed attempts for Garnacho and Tel in January.
