Chelsea have had a bid turned down by Atletico Madrid for their young striker Samuel Omorodion.
Omorodion spent last season on loan to Alaves and scored just 8 goals in 35 matches, with 19 big chances missed.
Atletico do not want him to leave and he has a €80m release clause.
Chelsea reportedly bid around €40m (£33.8m) for the 20 year old, according to Fabrizio Romano and Di Marzio.
The club are still looking for a striker after Jhon Duran negotiations have stalled.
