Youngster Tomas Kalas been forced to withdraw through injurym but summer arrivals Mark Schwarzer, Marco van Ginkel and Andre Schurrle are all included.
Belgium international duo Kevin De Bruyne and Romelu Lukaku also feature after impressing since returning from loans spells at Werder Bremen and West Brom.
Chelsea’s first match is against Serie A giants Inter at 01:00BST on Friday, before facing either AC Milan or Valencia and Roma.
