Conor Gallagher will have to decide whether or not to join Atletico Madrid.
This is because Chelsea and Atletico are very close to an agreement on fee, according to Fabrizio Romano and Matte Moretto.
Romano states that the operation will be around £29m-£35m and it is now down to Gallagher.
Talks are even taking place tonight between all parties after back and forth talks over recent days.
Chelsea would bank more pure profit should Gallagher agree to join Atletico and it would give them more flexibility in the market.
