Loan Watch: Patrick Bramford 11 Goals in 15 Games

Young Chelsea forward, Patrick Bamford, Who is on loan at Lower Division Side, MK Dons has been in spectacular form Recently, netting 11 Goals in 15 Games for the ‘DONS’ .
He has also joined, the list of Chelsea loanees that have been in super form this season, with the likes of Lucas Piazon and Romelu Lukaku all having a fair share of the praises.
Two divisions below England’s top flight, young striker Patrick Bamford is enjoying the finest spell of his first team career to date.
Chelsea signed him on deadline day in January 2012, amazed by his scoring feats for Nottingham Forest’s reserve side, netting nine goals in one week.
Bamford, 20, has a contract with Chelsea until 2017, and it is clear the club are willing to take their time to ensure their £1.5m investment has a strong chance of coming good.
He went on loan to MK Dons in January, showing positive signs without being prolific, netting four goals and providing two assists in 14 games. Importantly he did enough for the League One side to want to bring him back.
Dons boss Karl Robinson was glowing about making his first summer signing when he sealed a season long loan earlier this summer:
“Patrick was my number one target and you don’t always get your number one target, he is the one I have been waiting for all summer, I could have brought players in over that time, it’s a risk to put all of your eggs in one basket but on this occasion it was worth the gamble.”
What are your reactions, about this Young Gem? Worthy To LEAD our Attack anytime soon in the future?

  1. Bring him back? I’d say no let him stay another season with them on loan, because currently our team isn’t fine tune to provide to the striker(s). Everyone works hard for the team (everyone wants to score) and that wouldn’t help him.

Let him be loaned to the championship next season, then a small EPL club the season after that, if he still shows potential, then he’ll be ready to challenge Lukaku.
