Neil Bath, responsible for building Chelsea’s academy, has decided to leave Chelsea.
Bath follows Jim Fraser out the door, raising more questions for Clearlake Capital.
Bath was credited with the integration and development of many academy players including Mason Mount, Tomori, Tammy Abraham and more.
Joe Shields and Sam Jewell will lead the restructuring process .
