Chelsea winger Noni Madueke has agreed personal terms with rivals Arsenal.

Rumours have been circulating for several months now that Chelsea may be open to selling a winger; and this is a significant development.

Club to club talks have not yet opened but there is an expectation that Arsenal will place a bid now that personal terms are secure.

Chelsea have not been actively looking to sell the 23 year old, but have also been open to listening to any proposals.

The club will use Anthony Elanga’s £55m proposed move to Newcastle as a yardstick.
