Player ratings: Chelsea batter Tottenham in London Derby

Chelsea dominated and battered Spurs in tonight’s London Derby. The result was only 2-0, but it could have been way more for the Blues.

Djordje Petrovic – 6

A standard goalkeeping shift tonight, some solid commanding here and there, overall no complaints.

Alfie Gilchrist – 7

Was Son even playing tonight? Of the few games that Gilchrist has started for us, tonight was his best.

Trevoh Chalobah – 7

A goal and a really good performance – when you have players like Trev, you don’t let them go, and nights like tonight back that up. How good was that header, by the way?

Benoit Badiashile – 7

Fantastic, comfortable, calm. It was typical Benoit and it feels good to see him like his normal self.

Marc Cucurella  – 9

My player of the match tonight. I thought he was near on perfect both in and out of possession.

Moises Caicedo – 7

Strength to strength. He gets better each week yet the masses haven’t yet seen. They soon will.

Conor Gallagher – 6

Very solid for me, not much else to add.

Cole Palmer – 6

A little quiet all in all – it can happen, and, with a win, it can be overlooked this evening.

Noni Madueke – 8

Fantastic again as he was at Villa Park. Keep giving him game and he will improve.

Nicolas Jackson – 7

Four goals against Spurs this season, and tonight he led the line very well, topped by a great header.

Mykhailo Mudryk – 6

Better than recent games. First half was good, second a little quieter, but overall positive.

Mauricio Pochettino – 8

Spot on – credit where it is due, Poch was bang on tonight. Knew his team, tactically good, brilliant even.

Cesare Casadei – N/A

Josh Acheampong – N/A

Jimi Tauranien – N/A

Everywhere they go….
