An utterly spineless Chelsea were defeated by a just about as poor Arsenal, as our awful run in big games continues.

Huge, huge questions to ask of Maresca and the team today with the disgusting lack of intensity on show.

Robert Sanchez – 3

Utterly awful, set the tone early on with a poor pass leading to an Arsenal chance, allowing them to keep early momentum. One decent save in the second half but he may as well have let it in. We didn’t try equalising anyway did we?

Wesley Fofana – 4

Poor. Honestly not a lot, or anything to say about his performance whatsoever.

Levi Colwill – 4

Just as poor. No cutting passes into midfield, no commanding play as the ‘middle’ centre back either.

Benoit Badiashile – 3

Rubbish. Some awful passes and losses of possession today and was being utterly shredded by Martinelli at points in the first half.

Marc Cucurella – 5

Average – not as bad as the rest of the back four but hardly did anything of note.

Reece James – 4

Probably his worst game as a midfielder today, he was never really involved in anything and completely ineffective. Days like today make me question if it’s really worth moving him inside from right back.

Moises Caicedo – 5

Average. Could tell he lost his head during the first half as well. Never really got us going and I thought he lacked his usual tenacity.

Jadon Sancho – 2

Absolutely ABYSMAL. With the rumours this week about us being able to cancel the obligation, performances like today won’t build a case for keeping him. Offered utterly nothing during the game.

Enzo Fernandez – 5

At least looked like he had a little effort, a little frustration about him, but that’s as much as I can say for him today. Not enough.

Pedro Neto – 2

Same as Sancho. Rubbish decision making, poor output. Nothing positive to say about his performance at all.

Christopher Nkunku – 1

Was he ever in the game? No! Pathetic performance. You can’t actually convince me he even wants to be playing for us anymore.

Today is the first time I’ve had some terrible concerns with Enzo. He watched today, changed nothing and is probably content with how it went, which completely baffles me.
