He was the only goal scorer in the match. He stopped the some attacks from developing and made some bang-up passes in the midfield and also found the back of the net with a beautiful header.
• Cesc Fabregas: 7.0/10
Cesc was not at his best on Tuesday night probably because of the London Derby on Sunday between Chelsea and Arsenal. He also created an assist with a high rolling free-kick to Matic’s head.
• Oscar Dos Santos: 8.0/10
The Brazilian started three matches in a row as he scored twice in two starts but was unable to continue his scoring streak on Tuesday night. Oscar’s performance was awesome despite loosing a one-one chance against the Excellent shot stopper Rui Patricio. He showed great dribbling skill in the midfield and down the flanks.
• Eden Hazard: 8.5/10
His performance was impressive and unique. He keeps dazzling the ball through the sporting defender but was fouled times without number.
• Andre Schurrle: 6.5/10
His runs were impressive but the finish lacks courage and discipline. He missed lot of Golden chances due to selfishness and haughtiness. I’m very sorry for using these words. However, I’m just trying to precise with my words.
