Possibly change formation?

Looking towards next season do we change formation? Or do we stick with the one we have? I have been pondering this for a few weeks now and I want to hear your opinion? For each formation I will make a short list of players who could play there I won’t list every player tho as some im not sure what will happen to them or they’re leaving due to their contract expiring. These players are one’s who I think could play for the first team in one way or another.
The Formation we have
If we look at the formation we play at the moment 4-2-3-1 let’s list the players we have so far.
In Goal we have:- Cech, Courtois, Walker, Dejac, Blackman
In Defence we have:- Azpili, Wallace, Ivanovic, Terry, Luiz, Cahill, Cole, Bertrand, PVA, Ake, Chalobah
In the Pivot we have:- Lampard, Mikel, Ramires, Romeu, Luiz, McEachran, Chalobah, Ake
The Attacking trio:- Mata, Hazard, Oscar, Marin, Moses, Ramires, KDB, Piazon, McEachran
The Striker we have:- Torres, Ba, Lukaku, Feruz
A look at the formation
This is a good formation as it is good for defence and attack as the Defence is covered but the pivot well and when we attack we have great pace upfront with precision and vision. We have used this fromation for a few season’s now and it has worked well for us but I do believe we may need to move away for this formation as for our play we need 2 strikers, or just one clinical finisher. In the pivot you do really need at least one very defensive minded midfielder and a deep-lying playmaker.
4-3-3 / 4-3-2-1 Standard versions
What if we play a 4-3-3 or 4-3-2-1 what players do we have to do that job?
In Goal we have:- Cech, Courtois, Walker, Dejac, Blackman
In Defence we have:- Azpili, Wallace, Ivanovic, Terry, Luiz, Cahill, Cole, Bertrand, PVA, Ake, Chalobah
In centre midfield:- Lampard, Mikel, Ramires, Luiz, Romeu, Oscar, KDB, McEachran, Chalobah, Ake
The Wingers:- Hazard, Mata, Oscar, Marin, Moses, Piazon, KDB
Striker:- Torres, Ba, Lukaku, Feruz
A look at the formation
This formation is what we played with when Mourinho was around and a few seasons after him until we changed to the 4-2-3-1. We utalised this fromation when we had both Anelka and Drogba and as we had wingers as well Anelka played on the wings as he was a striker but also had a wingers instinct as well and Ancelloti saw this and utilised this very well and Anelka and Drogba along with the other winger whoever it was in that certain game became an attacking force also add in the Lampard runs from deep it was a effective system and I can see it working again if we tried it with Ramires’ running ability and Oscar being able to do this.
A False 9 Hybrid
We could line up like this 4-1-3-2, I saw this suggestion in a comment in my last article and it was in a article before as well and I think we should add this to the list. The middle man of the 3 is the false 9 with the two up top being wide strikers

False 9:- Lampard, Mata, Oscar, Hazard, Piazon
Two wide Strikers:- Torres, Ba, Lukaku, Feruz, Moses

I suggest this because if you watch Torres he sometimes drifts wide to open space in the middle but then that means we don’t have a striker in the box to finish the move, this i why I suggest this formation, It does leave us open at the back more but with more training we could have players drop back to cover apart from our 2 strikers. I would place Lampard in the Holding midfield role but my view is he is too slow and a bit to much attack minded to play this role by himself.
4-2-1-3
This is an attacking formation that utalises wingers and a advance playmaker, and the defensive cover of the Pivot.
In Goal we have:- Cech, Courtois, Walker, Dejac, Blackman
In Defence we have:- Azpili, Wallace, Ivanovic, Terry, Luiz, Cahill, Cole, Bertrand, PVA, Ake, Chalobah
In the Pivot:-:- Lampard, Mikel, Ramires, Romeu, Luiz, McEachran, Chalobah, Ake
The Advance Playmaker:- Mata, Oscar, Lampard, McEachran, Hazard, KDB
The Wingers:- KDB, Hazard, Oscar, Moses, Piazon, Marin, Mata
Striker:- Torres, Ba, Lukaku, Feruz

This can be a risky formation as if the correct players do not track back you can get over run but that’s the same as most formation’s, this could be a good counter attacking formation with the winger’s exploiting the space behind the opposition full backs.
