This question seems to have come up ever since Jose didn’t pick De Bruyne for the Squad that travelled to Romania to face Steaua Bucharest and since then he has fallen out of the pecking order, so now should KDB be loaned in January so that he can get the chances or stay at Chelsea and fight for his place?
De Bruyne received many chances in the pre season and he was impressive in all especially in the 2nd match where he scored a stunning goal set up by Lukaku but he injured his leg on landing after taking the shot and he was substituted off. And then in the match vs Ac milan he scored another beautiful goal setup by his own countryman Hazard. Kevin started the season well with in the first match, he provided an assist to Oscar to score the first goal of the season and he had 3 shots, out of which all 3 went over the bar. Later in the season, he was mostly left on the bench as a backup, Jose brought on other player but not him. Jose gave him a chance against Swindon in the Capital One Cup to which Jose pointed out in the press conference before the match against Steaua that he didn’t like De Bruyne’s performance and all.
That started rumours that he could go back to Werder Bremen, where he was on loan last season, and later his agent confirm that there were interests but KDB mentioned he would try to fight for his place in the squad, where there is over 8 players who can play as an attacking midfielder.
Now personally for me, if Kevin De Bruyne can fight for his place and earn many chances to play before the end of December, then he should not go out on loan as he can be our backup midfielder but if it is the other way, it’s the best option for him to go back to Werder Bremen for a second time as next year is the World Cup and his country needs him in form before the season ends.
That’s what could happen to him in a few months, what do you think Chelsea should do? Loan him or keep him? Let me know your feedback.

José have to give him a chance to play and see how is his work in the team, for me he is a really good player and for the future I prefere KDB than William!! ! Let’s see what happen until December!!!
COLOMBIA FALCAO 🙂
I don’t know why we bought William if we have KDB that is younger and better
he is younger but for sure not better
Willian is better than KDB but he has pace more than Willian, i prefer we give him a chance.
Kdb doesnt ve pace than willian. But technically kdb is above.
Tariq
Nice job as usual
We need squad depth
At the same time, we dont wanna waste him on the bench
Dilemma, dillema
Thanks 🙂
he should go on loan because i dnt really see him having enough game time even if he fights for his place , his country needs him to be in good form so pliz jus letting him go on loan is the best way

buying willian was a blunder… a waste of 30 million and rotting the likes of de bruyne and mosses…. i dont mean willian is not a good player, but a player we never needed.
30 million wasted on a player who was not needed.
I agree with you, is true. We need a striker like lewandowsky no midfielders
KDB is a much potential guy,Mourinho is wasting him.
those guys saying kdb is better than willian i want 2 gues you are people who only watch football when chelsea is playing.willian beats kdb in each aspect of the game.but he shd nt go on loan bcz he can be used as a no.10 or a cmf alongside ramires or lamps
The best option for the lad is to go on loan to enables him get regular playing time. This will keep him fit ahead of 2014 world cup as well as developing him for first team opportunities with chelsea.
