ChelseaFC365 understands scouts working for Chelsea are admirers of two young talents, those are Diego Moreira who is a winger for Benfica and Tristan Rowe, who is a right back for Aston Villa.
Todd Boehly is intent on keeping the spending up on young talents and these two players could be in line for moves to Chelsea in the near future.
Diego Moreira is an interesting one because although he has only featured in one match for Benfica’s first team, Graham Potter’s use of Omari Hutchinson in the first team training sessions and recently in a friendly points towards an open approach for youngsters in the academy to impress.
Moreira is 18 years old whilst Rowe is just 16 years old.
