According to a source who met N’Golo Kante in person yesterday evening, Graham Potter held a 1-hour meeting recently with N’Golo to explain the role he wants to play on his side, the meeting included video footage with an analysis of his games and other opponents.
N’Golo explained to the source that Graham Potter plans to play him “In a double pivot” as well as a box-to-box role, so this doesn’t sound too different from how he was deployed under Tuchel however we could see Kante again play the box-to-box but this time in a 4-3-3 or something, but that’s just speculation from me.
Kante went on to explain that his leg is “Fully fine” so we should see him back in action very soon, potentially even Crystal Palace after the break.
